Booking Process
Booking Requests
When you submit a booking request through our website, you are not making a confirmed booking. Your submission is a request for us to review and confirm availability. A binding contract is formed only when we send you written confirmation of your booking.
Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your booking is the price confirmed in your booking confirmation, not necessarily the price displayed on the website at the time of your initial enquiry.
Payment Terms
Payment terms and methods will be communicated to you in your booking confirmation. Generally, a deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due before the travel date.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations by You
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation charges will apply as follows:
- More than 30 days before travel: 25% of total booking value
- 15-30 days before travel: 50% of total booking value
- 7-14 days before travel: 75% of total booking value
- Less than 7 days before travel: 100% of total booking value
Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund.
Travel Conditions
Physical Requirements
Some of our tours involve physical activity such as walking on uneven terrain. You are responsible for ensuring you are physically capable of participating in your chosen experience. Please inform us of any health conditions or mobility limitations that may affect your participation.
Weather Dependency
Many of our experiences are weather-dependent. While we will make every effort to proceed as planned, we may need to modify itineraries due to adverse weather conditions for safety reasons.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, and personal liability.
